there are so many problems in yz that we have to solve. but i think the issue is that we always don't know where to start. or even after attempting to start, we fail to continue or have no idea what to do. at least i think i don't really know what to do. commitment and responsibility. the 2 BIGG words that people have huge problems grappling with, or rather fulfilling them. i guess there are improvements to be made to our system and of course we should accept everyone and try our utmost best to train everyone. but we lack resources and time. it's really a challenge to sustain a ministry, something that i've come to realize. it's tiring but the efforts will pay off in the end.
the funny thing is, after having discussions about these problems, we hardly come to a concrete solution. i think we're all still in the process of coming up with one. starting off with my own committee, we really need to do something about it. like really sit down, brainstorm and hopefully, with God's wisdom, come up with a near perfect system to go about this whole thing. for people who have no idea what i'm talking about, nevermind. anyway, not many read my blog. i'm guessing those that do will know what i'm talking about. so let's just leave it as that.
not to make things sound so despondent, cause i know at the end of it all, we're not the ones running the show, God is. we're mere tools used by Him. so the most important thing is for all the leaders to just trust God on matters of the heart aka moth. (inside joke). we will get there!
school's still being a bore, as usual. i mean since when is it not? but there are so many more exciting events to look forward to, so sch stuff don't bother me much. heh.
i've this sudden urge to take up some form of music arrangement course. i found this christian music school thingy that has music arrangement course. cool. but don't know when i'll have the time. oh! maybe during summer break next year. hmmm. we'll see.
till then,
J.
