i'm done with my sophomore year in university! well, actually i finished exams last week. and i've really been enjoying my freedom thus far.
i originally intended to get a part-time job since i'm not doing internship this summer. but i realised that it's very hard for me to find a job because i don't have one full month that i can work. having holiday trips here and there and mission trip in july. so well, it's kinda hard to find a job like that. hopefully if there are those events kinda thing i can get a job or something. just wanna earn the extra dollars so i have more money to spend when i go for exchange to KOREA~
yes it's so exciting to be going for exchange to korea! can't wait for the street food, cheap cosmetics, cheap shopping and weather! but it's kinda scary going to stay for one semester overseas. the longest i've been overseas is like 2 weeks? haha. and i'll be staying there for about 4 months - aug to dec. i feel like i'll run out of things to do, in a sense that i can't find places to go for weekend getaways. maybe it's cos i have yet to do my research on what places i can go for short weekend trips within korea itself. of course busan and jeju are a must.
on top of korea exchange, i'll be heading for a one week study trip to korea in end may. at first i was completely looking forward to this trip because it's korea, but on second thought, i'm not really looking forward to it because i'm going with people i don't know. and knowing me, i'm not inclined to meeting new people and making friends all over. well, just hope it'll turn out fine and i'll just be looking forward to the food, weather and hopefully shopping time.
i'm totally enjoying my freedom and not-doing-anything schedule. i'm so good at doing nothing that it scares me sometimes, like how i'm gonna have to survive working in the future. well, take things as they come. when the time comes, i'll just adapt.
on a side note: CNBLUE's Can't Stop concert in Singapore is next saturday! whoopee whoop~ and i'm going with my sis again. tickets are so expensive, sigh pie. but they're worth it! hope we can get at least 1 merchandise this time hahahaha. but i'm still not willing to queue for hours for it.
till then,
J.
